Industry average is 120 days, we strive to make it 60. However, we don't compromise on quality. We will not rush a hire if we don't believe she meets our vetting standards.

For most roles, we charge a flat fee between 5K-10K SAR depending on role & experience. Including a 50% deposit before accessing talent, and final payment after fulfillment. This represents our service fee, it does not include Visa processing, flights, or any fees pertaining to the hiring process between salons and candidates.

Absolutely, we coordinate comprehensive interviews and live demos (where possible) for clients to fully deliberate and examine talent before hiring.

Our vetting process encircles three aspects: 1- Skill testing: we verify portfolio and assess technique. 2- Credentials verification: we validate and trace every recognition received & claimed. 3- Personal assessment: we examine language, cultural compatibly, motivation, mindset, appeal, and presentation. Assessment carried out by seasoned beauty insiders internal committee.

Yes. We provide a structured first-week onboarding checklist to ensure smooth integration. This includes: Service menu alignment with your salon's offerings Introduction to your booking system and client protocols Cultural and operational expectations clarity We also conduct check-ins at day 7, day 30, and day 90 to address any concerns early and ensure both parties are aligned. Your success is our reputation; we don't disappear after placement.

We have a 90 day replacement guarantee, if she leaves, we find an alternative at no additional cost. But you will stay have to cover flights and paperwork.
